Views:

Waters Edge sits just across the Bay from San Francisco, with the San Francisco waterfront in full view. The races will be able to be seen from our Grand View Deck, which is available to hotel guests only.  The quality of the view, and it’s distance from the boats will depend upon the course of the race, but the deck may very well offer a fantastic vantage point. Proximity to docks:

The Corinthian Yacht club is a two minute walk from Waters Edge and offers reciprocal docking rights.  There is also a public dock at Sam’s restaurant, right next door to Waters Edge Hotel.  Please see the Corinthian Yacht Club's website for more information regarding docking.

Parking and the Blue and Gold Fleet ferry:

This is one of the best reasons to stay at Waters Edge Hotel.  The hotel sits right next door to The Blue and Gold Fleet ferry, which makes regular trips to Pier 41 and the Ferry Building, which is on the waterfront, in San Francisco.  Guests can take this ferry and not have to worry about the exorbitant costs and the hassle of parking in the city.  Parking is available for all Waters Edge guests, for $15 per day, with in and out privileges.   The ferry will also pass right through where all of the action will be taking place, on its way to and from the San Francisco.
